When you create an account, the following information is collected and stored securely in our database:

• Email Address — used as your unique login identifier.
• Phone Number — optional; collected as a professional reference point.
• Role / Category — (e.g. HR, Recruiter, Founder) helps me understand who is reviewing my portfolio.
• Company / Firm Name — optional; for professional context.
• Password — stored as a secure, irreversible hash (bcrypt). Never stored in plain text.

• الاسم الكامل — يُستخدم لتخصيص تجربتك والترحيب بك عند تسجيل الدخول.
• البريد الإلكتروني — يُستخدم كمعرّف تسجيل دخول فريد.
• رقم الهاتف — اختياري؛ يُجمع كمرجع مهني.
• الدور / الفئة — (مثل HR، مسؤول توظيف، مؤسس) يساعدني على معرفة من يراجع محفظتي.
• اسم الشركة — اختياري؛ للسياق المهني.
• كلمة المرور — مُخزَّنة كتجزئة آمنة وغير قابلة للعكس (bcrypt). لا تُخزَّن أبدًا كنص عادي.

Sign-in is required to access certain protected files, including my CV, academic certificates, and official documents. This is not for commercial purposes — it is to:

• Protected files are only served after token verification on every request.
• Your data is stored on a secure MongoDB database and is not exposed to the public.
